The EU Skills profile tool for third-country nationals opened in Brussels on June,20th, and the launch event concerned the theme of the evaluation of skills for refugees. Juvet Mbah, a 20-year-old Cameroonian under the international protection, has been invited by the European Commission to offer a testimony to his history of socio-occupational integration. Juvet's experience has demonstrated how important it is, with respect to integration, to effectively identify refugees' skills, promote awareness of their abilities, and create real opportunities for internships and training, so that labour inclusion does not remain a dream.
The Atlas SPRAR 2016 was presented in Rome on 26th June 2017. The Report shows the data concerning the reception system for asylum seekers and refugees.

In 2016, the projects funded by the National Fund for Asylum Policies and Services (FNPSA) totalled 652: 20 thousand hosts, 1,000 local bodies involved, and 34,528 beneficiaries welcomed within SPRAR projects.
The information concerning unaccompanied foreign minors is particularly significant: 2,898 unaccompanied foreign minors received in 2016, compared to 1,640 in the previous year.
